It is conveniently located just 150' from the Homeowner's ski run (off the Goldlink/Painter Boy chairlifts).Ski in-out your back door, assuming there is enough snow early/late in the season and the Goldlink/Painter Boy lifts are open. Perfect for skiing in the Winter and hiking the Gunnison National Forrest right out your back door. Enjoy breathtaking 270 degree panoramic views from the large picture windows and decks. There is a living room for family gatherings with a woodburning fireplace, a separate game room with a pool table, and an indoor hot tub/steam shower.  </B></div> <div> <B>     On the main level are: #1-The bedding is a king in the master with a jacuzzi tub/shower. </B></div> <div> <B>#2- Two twins, with a trundle (own bath with shower). There is a queen sofabed in the living room. On the lower level: #3- Queen bedroom shares a bathroom (with tub/shower) with #4- Two sets of bunk beds with a trundle(sleeps 5). There is a sofabed in the downstairs game room as well. The loft-#5  has a small sitting area with a highspeed wireless computer for guest use. It also has two queen beds and two twins(Daybed), and a private bathroom (Shower). </B></div> <div> <B>     A car is needed to get to town. There is a 7 night minimum over Christmas/New Years and Spring Break.
