How to get there:
AIRLINES into Gunnsion (GUC)- United Express from Denver (DIA) and
Continental from Houston Intercontinental (IAH)
CAR RENTAL in Gunnison- Avis and Hertz
BUS- In Gunnison, The Alpine Express bus shuttle, door-to-door
DRIVING from Gunnison:
Take highway 50 to Main St. turn on 135 North to Crested Butte. Once in Crested Butte,
go straight at both 4-way stop signs. This is Gothic Rd. Take Gothic through Crested Butte,
one mile past the ski-area (Club Med on your right/ Snowcrest Condominium walkway
overpass). At Winterset Dr. turn right (Gold Link subdivision will be on your left after you turn).
At the top of the hill turn right again onto Anthracite. Our house is the 4th one on the left. A two-
story off-white stucco with black decks. 42 Anthracite. The house phone number is (970)349-0815.

Mt. Crested Butte Ski Area:
The Gold Link Homeowner's Trail comes to Anthracite Rd. 1/4 mile up from the house. It is an
easy walk downhill to the house ( even carrying skiis) at the end of the day or ski downhill in the
mornings to the Gold Link chairlift (if you have already purchased your lift ticket- no ticket sales at
this lift). The Homeowners trail from the top of Gold Link is a BLUE INTERMEDIATE run, not
because it is steep, but the trail gets narrow and icy in spots late in the afternoon.
Crested Butte Dining:
Donita's Mexican Restaurant- get there early. Very popular and great Tex-Mex.
Slogar's Restaurant- Family-style fried chicken
Soupcon- French cuisine. Reservations required.
